The concept: Summer at Walking Distance

Seen from the outside, Sunblush has the crisp confidence of a contemporary Paros villa. Lived in, it becomes something softer and more functional — a house that allows the group to settle into summer living with very little fuss. Perched in Aliki, it accommodates up to twelve guests and pairs a sea-facing position with a notably convenient location near both the beach and the village, which gives the whole stay a lighter rhythm right from the start.

Outdoors

Outside, the pool terrace stretches toward the sea, with low loungers, shaded dining, and relaxed sitting areas facing the view. There is a simplicity to the design that works well, allowing the water, the planting, and the changing light to take center stage. Meals outdoors feel like part of the villa’s daily rhythm, whether it is breakfast under the pergola, something slow from the BBQ in the afternoon, or dinner after the beach when everyone gathers back at the house.

Indoors

The mood indoors is contemporary. There is nothing heavy-handed in the design, just a clean modern language of pale surfaces, natural textures, and well-proportioned rooms made for summer use. The pool-level bedrooms open the house outwards and make the connection to the terrace immediate, while upstairs, the atmosphere becomes slightly more private. The extra guest room, though simpler and without a view, adds welcome flexibility to the arrangement.

Good to know

One of Sunblush’s strongest advantages is that it combines a coastal setting with genuine day-to-day convenience. The beach and the sea are close enough to reach on foot, while shops and tavernas in Aliki are also nearby, which means you can keep the car parked for much of the stay. For families or mixed-age groups, that kind of ease can make a real difference. At the same time, the villa still works well as a base for discovering more of southern Paros.
