Amphithea is designed for the kind of trip that brings everyone together: a reunion, a milestone birthday, a multi-family summer, or simply a group that wants the space to stay well. In Aliki, within walking distance to the beach and village, the property combines two contemporary villas into one private sea-facing complex for up to twenty-four guests. Ten ensuite bedrooms, two extra guestrooms, two pools, and two complete living setups give the group the scale it needs.

Outdoors

The two-pool setup changes how the whole property feels. Children can swim while others linger over breakfast, one group can stay by the pool while another heads to the beach, and dinners can shift between relaxed BBQ evenings and larger gatherings under the shade. Because each villa has its own outdoor space, the complex avoids feeling crowded. It gives guests room to breathe, which is often the difference between a big house and a truly comfortable stay.

Indoors

Inside, Amphithea keeps the group grounded in comfort. Each villa has its own open living space, kitchen, and dining area, so hosting and everyday use feel manageable even with a full house. The bedrooms are ensuite and spread across two levels, with sea views in the main rooms and one flexible room that can be converted into twins. Two extra guestrooms add even more adaptability for teenagers, staff, grandparents, or guests who simply prefer a quieter setup.

Good to know

For a property of this size, walkability is one of its quiet luxuries. The beach is close, Aliki Village is nearby for food, shops, and simple evening plans, and guests can enjoy parts of the day without relying on the car. Faragas is still within easy driving distance, while the southern side of Paros keeps the atmosphere calmer and more family-friendly. For large groups, that combination of autonomy, proximity, and privacy is hard to find.
