The concept: Point of View

At Villa Sangría, the best feature is not hidden inside; it stretches wide beyond the terrace. Set above Naxos, with the sea and Chora in the distance, the villa is shaped around light, privacy, and the slow drama of sunset. Four bedrooms host up to eight guests, with sea views, pool terrace access, and flexible king beds that can be converted into twins. The atmosphere is elegant but unforced, with a private infinity pool, fire pit, garden, and open-plan living spaces designed for quiet summer days.

Outdoors

As the day changes, the terrace changes with it. Morning belongs to the pool and the first stretch of sunlight, midday to shaded dining and long swims, and evening to the fire pit, the sea view, and the soft glow around the villa. With sun loungers, a gas BBQ, and the garden around it, the terrace feels complete without needing heavy styling; the hillside position, the sea view, and the clean geometry do most of the work. It is easy to imagine the group staying outside later than planned.

Indoors

The interiors continue the same calm movement toward the view. The open-plan living area, with its sofa bed, TV, A/C, and fully equipped kitchen, opens to the terrace so that indoor life never feels separate from the outside. The four bedrooms are arranged for comfort and flexibility, each with sea view, A/C, TV, and access to the pool terrace. Three include ensuite bathrooms, one has a private bathroom, and one ensuite bedroom has an independent entrance, adding a useful sense of separation.

Naxos is an island that rewards both slow days and small discoveries. From Villa Sangría, guests can reach Plaka for a long sandy beach day, Agia Anna for seaside dining and a more lively beach scene, and Naxos Town for evening walks, shopping, and the island’s historic side. Beyond the coast, traditional villages, local food, mountain routes, and ancient landmarks give the island more depth than a simple beach destination. With private parking for up to four cars and concierge support for local recommendations and arrangements, exploring the island stays easy.
