Sadie carries the feeling of a private Naxos retreat without losing touch with the island’s authenticity. Housed in a hillside location near Vivlos, the villa looks toward Chora, the sea, and the open sky, combining contemporary design with a softer, nature-led atmosphere. Four sea-facing bedrooms welcome up to eight guests, while flexible bed setups, an infinity pool, and generous outdoor spaces make the house feel refined and easy to live in. It is elegant, but not distant; private, but still close enough to the beaches and town life that define a summer in Naxos.

Outdoors

The exterior is where Sadie’s sense of calm becomes most present. Around the infinity pool, the terrace opens wide to the view, with sun loungers, shaded dining, lounge areas, and a gas BBQ creating enough space for long days outdoors. Native planting and a garden soften the clean lines of the architecture, while the fire pit adds a quieter evening layer once the sun begins to drop. Nothing feels overfilled or overly staged; the space gives the landscape room to breathe, letting the sea, the sky, and the changing light become part of the stay.

Indoors

The interior keeps the same balance between contemporary comfort and island warmth. The open-plan living area connects directly with the terrace, so the view remains present even when the group moves indoors for a meal, a rest, or a slower morning. The kitchen is fully equipped and practical, while the bedrooms are arranged with comfort and flexibility in mind. Each one opens to the pool terrace and sea view, and one bedroom has an independent entrance, giving the house a useful sense of privacy within the larger shared setting.

Sadie’s location gives guests several versions of Naxos within easy driving distance. Plaka is the name to keep for long beach hours, Agia Anna adds another easy coastal option, and Naxos Town brings a more animated rhythm with its harbor, castle, restaurants, and shops. Inland, the island becomes slower and more traditional, with villages, local produce, and mountain views adding depth to the experience. Renting a car is the best way to enjoy that variety, and the villa’s private parking makes that choice easy to manage.
