Allamanda’s beauty is in the way it keeps everything low, pale, and open to the horizon. Just a short distance from the charming village of Vivlos, the villa brings together contemporary Cycladic architecture, soft earth-toned interiors, and a view that stretches toward the sea and Chora. Designed for up to eight guests, it offers four sea-facing bedrooms, an infinity pool, and flexible sleeping arrangements. It feels modern without becoming cold, and elegant without losing the ease of an island home.

Outdoors

Outside, native plants, shaded pergolas, warm stone-toned terraces, and open sky create a calm architectural frame for the view. The infinity pool becomes the main visual line, with loungers placed for sunbathing, a dining space set in the shade, and lounge corners arranged for slower hours by the water. The gas BBQ makes outdoor meals feel natural, while the fire pit gives the terrace a more intimate evening mood. The garden softens the clean geometry of the villa and keeps the atmosphere grounded in the landscape.

Indoors

Inside, warm wood, woven textures, natural fabrics, and soft lighting create a gentle contrast to the bright Cycladic exterior. The living area connects smoothly with the terrace and view, while the fully equipped kitchen feels modern, practical, and visually warm. Each bedroom has A/C, a TV, sea view, and access to the pool terrace, with three of them featuring ensuite bathrooms and the fourth served by a private bathroom. The independent entrance in one bedroom adds a useful layer of privacy without interrupting the villa’s overall flow.

Good to know

The hillside setting gives the villa privacy while keeping Naxos’ main pleasures within easy reach. Plaka and Agia Anna are a short drive away for long sandy beach days, while Chora brings restaurants, shops, bars, and the island’s historic harbor atmosphere. Naxos is also worth exploring beyond the coast, where you’ll find traditional villages, local cheese, mountain landscapes, and a more authentic Cycladic character. With private parking for up to four cars, guests renting vehicles can explore the island easily from Allamanda.
