The concept: Near the Beach

Villa Nostos in Kanalia is built around a simple idea: keep the view, keep the calm, and keep the beach within walking distance. The villa sleeps twelve guests in six ensuite bedrooms, with the option to accommodate three more on sofa beds when needed, and its real strength is how it handles privacy. Three independent suites sit apart with their own living areas and kitchenettes, each stepping out to a private balcony with a heated jacuzzi and open sea view. The house leans into Cycladic restraint, built-in forms, soft light, and clean surfaces that let the horizon do most of the decoration.

Outdoors

Outside, the architecture relaxes into curves. The infinity pool is shaped to soften the terrace, with loungers positioned along the open edge and shaded seating set back for the hotter hours. A pool bar keeps the pace informal, while the dining area under the pergola and the barbecue allow meals to stay outdoors without fuss. With a heated jacuzzi by the pool and a sound system humming in the background, the terrace behaves like the villa’s main living space, especially as the sun drops and Kanalia turns golden.

Indoors

Inside, Nostos reads as quiet and functional in the best way. The living area features built-in sofas and a fireplace, opening to the terrace so the sea stays present even when you step away from the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and paired with a smaller dining area that suits everyday meals, while bedrooms are spread across 3 levels to keep the house calm when everyone is in. The independent suites downstairs, each opening to a private balcony with a heated jacuzzi, give the stay its flexibility and an even more luxurious feel.

A small sandy beach sits a short walk away from Nostos for quick swims, while Ornos is an easy drive when you want organized beaches and a livelier shoreline. Mykonos Town is also within comfortable driving distance for shopping, dining, and nights out, and Nammos is easy to reach when you are in the mood for a more social scene.
