The Concept: Santorini Luxury Event Retreat
TH Retreat is a private estate comprising eight independent villas, a two-bedroom apartment, and three junior suites, each designed for privacy with its own plunge pool and sun terrace, near the traditional village of Megalochori. This area of natural beauty has unspoilt countryside with vineyards that sweep toward the sea, and views across to Akrotiri at the island’s southern tip. Cycladic architecture and local materials blend the property into the landscape—a striking backdrop for a special event, yoga retreat, wedding, or a luxury escape with family and friends.

TH Retreat is made up of two-bedroom and three-bedroom split-level villas, plus a two-bedroom apartment and three independent junior suites, each with a separate entrance, a private plunge pool, and a sunlit terrace. Along the pathway, pool terraces are complemented with sun loungers and shaded alfresco dining areas, and upper bedrooms in the villas open to verandas overlooking the sea. Built into the cliffside beneath the main villas, a private Cave Spa offers massages with a view upon extra charge—ideal for a quiet reset between outings.
Indoors
Each villa follows the Cycladic style of curved arches and smooth, whitewashed walls, with modern, comfortable furnishings, plush cushions, and high-quality anatomical mattresses for restful sleep. Layouts include separate double bedrooms, a living area, and a kitchenette; an internal staircase connects levels in most villas (one has exterior stairs to the upper floor). The essence of the villas at TH Retreat is simple luxury and modern amenities, and that constant caldera view.
