Outdoors

The outdoor space unfolds across two levels, both facing the Santorini volcano and caldera, with panoramic views that sweep from the Akrotiri peninsula in the south all the way to Oia at the northernmost tip of the cliffside. As you settle in, the volcano sits clearly on the horizon, so the setting stays present. The entrance-level terrace—accessed from the main living area—features a lounge space with comfortable sofas, naturally shaded from the sun, plus a glass partition so nothing spoils the view. Below, the lower terrace houses the large private pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, and a built-in BBQ area with dining table and sofas.

Indoors

If the outdoor space isn’t enough, the interior continues with the same sense of careful design; no attention to detail has been spared. Big glass doors frame the volcano throughout the villa, so the view stays close. Aeolian Dream combines Cycladic architecture with ultra-modern design and is fully serviced, providing housekeeping, a private butler and executive chef. It is equipped with the highest quality bedding and linens, alongside design pieces that complement the overall. The entrance level features the main living space and a generous master bedroom, while the lower level—accessible from inside and outside—has four more bedrooms, all with volcano and sea views and access to the pool terrace.
