Villa Papaya keeps the luxury experience beautifully uncluttered. Set near Pyrgos, away from the island’s busiest caldera rhythm, it looks toward the sea, sunrise, and open natural landscape instead. Hosting up to four guests, it has the polish expected from a Santorini villa, but the real advantage is how complete the experience feels: breakfast is included, transfers are arranged, and a complimentary manual rental car gives guests the freedom to explore beyond the terrace.

Outdoors

Outside, sliding doors open toward the pool terrace, where sunbeds and umbrellas create the main daytime setting and the infinity pool draws the eye toward the sea. The jacuzzi gives the terrace a second pace, better suited to late afternoons or quiet evenings after dinner out. With lounge seating, outdoor dining, a shower, and private parking, the exterior has everything needed for a relaxed Santorini base without making the space feel busy or overdesigned.

Indoors

Inside, Papaya keeps the Cycladic palette clean and bright, then warms it with wood, woven lighting, soft fabrics, and grey shutters that frame the view. The living area opens to the terrace and sea, while the kitchenette and breakfast bar create a practical space for coffee or light meals. The two bedrooms are simple, restful, and well equipped, each with A/C, closet space, and its own bathroom. In the master suite, the whirlpool bathtub adds a more private spa-like detail.
