Maison L’ Archipel is a luxury Santorini villa in Fira, perched on one of the highest points of the town. Central Fira and the village of Firostefani are a mere ten-minute stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the area on foot. The property accommodates up to 8 guests in style and comfort and consists of a two-level main villa and an independent guesthouse. With an essence of a glorious, aristocratic past, it also enjoys fantastic views over the caldera—best paired with a sunset soak in the outdoor heated jacuzzi.
Outdoors
Stepping outside, you will be drawn straight to the view. Plunge into the jacuzzi and enjoy the blue backdrop that feels almost painterly. Let the sun warm you up or stay in the shade to admire the caldera in comfort. Bear in mind, the terrace is also surrounded by vegetation, which is quite unusual for villas in this area—adding a welcome sense of softness and privacy to the outdoor space. Overall, it’s an uncluttered terrace designed around the scenery, with the jacuzzi as the natural focal point.
Indoors
The house has been reconstructed as a contemporary interpretation of the neo-classical style, which was popular amongst the affluent inhabitants of the island around the 19th century. The décor is a charming and eclectic mix of family heirlooms, modern pieces, old engravings, original paintings and carefully placed treasures—curated to feel personal. The overall design is a feast to the eye, but it remains warm and liveable in practice. Natural colors have been used on the walls, while all wooden doors and window frames are painted with ecological paints.

Within walking distance are also many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies and more.
