Cliff Haven is a luxury Santorini cave house villa located in Imerovigli, the highest village on the island, also known as ‘the balcony of the Aegean’. Offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the caldera lagoon and the volcano, and blending traditional cave-house character with modern interiors, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, who want to experience Santorini andall it has to offer.

Outdoors

The cosy sea view terrace is fully equipped for unhurried days outdoors, with smooth local stone surfaces, pale-wood furniture, and cool bright fabrics. There is a built-in sofa with an alfresco eating table and chairs, along with luxury sunbeds and an umbrella. The private jacuzzi tub is built in local stone and offers full views, so you can settle and take in what Santorini is all about: the volcano!

Indoors

Inside Cliff Haven follows the traditional Santorini cave house layout, totally renovated with cool furnishings to complement the smooth white walls and high arches. As you enter, the villa extends back into the rock face, and there is a bright open plan space with sofas and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 double bedrooms are located off the main living space, and both share a rain-shower bathroom that frames the sea through the window — a small detail that feels very Santorini.

The caldera cliffs of Santorini are a vivid reminder of the island’s volcanic origins. Traditionally, locals carved cave houses into the rock to keep produce cool and sheltered from the summer heat. Today, careful renovations tend to preserve the original curves and details of these spaces, while adapting them for modern living, creating the distinctive silhouette that has come to define the caldera.
