Caelia is a contemporary Santorini villa for up to 4 guests, set on the caldera edge in Imerovigli village. Perched directly above the Aegean, it feels both private and connected to the island’s energy, with the horizon and sunset always in view. The whitewashed terrace, a private infinity pool and calm interiors keep the focus on light, space and the ever-changing colours of the sky, making it an ideal option for couples or friends who want to slow down without leaving the caldera line.

Outdoors

Step out onto the terrace and everything is oriented toward the view. The private pool stretches along the edge, with floating loungers and soft seating arranged for long, unhurried hours outside. Multiple lounge spots allow you to follow the sun or shade as the day moves on, while the open-air heated jacuzzi offers a quieter corner for a soak. The outdoor dining area is set for simple breakfasts, relaxed lunches or a quiet dinner as the sun sets directly in front of you – there’s no need to go elsewhere to enjoy Santorini’s sunset.

Indoors

Inside, Caelia follows a contemporary coastal style that mirrors its surroundings: clean lines, pale tones and natural textures keep the atmosphere open and calm. The main level brings together the living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, all opening directly onto the pool terrace so indoor and outdoor spaces feel connected. Two master bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, provide privacy and comfort, while on the lower level, a small wellness area with gym equipment and a sauna offers a place to unwind or keep up a light fitness routine.

Good to know

Caelia is located in Imerovigli, one of Santorini’s most scenic villages, so you can step straight out to cafés and restaurants without needing a car for every outing. Fira is a short drive away for more shops and a livelier evening if you want a change of pace. The nearest beach is Vourvoulos, an unorganized shore about a 15-minute drive away, so it’s worth planning ahead if you want a swim. However, most guests simply choose to stay in, making the most of the villa’s pool, jacuzzi and sunset-facing terrace.
