Anissa is a luxury Santorini villa for up to 10 guests who seek an exclusive and memorable vacation. Set in the Imerovigli village, on the highest point of the island, it offers breathtaking panoramic vistas over the Aegean Sea, the caldera, and the famous Santorini sunset. This unique soothing setting combines comfort and seclusion, inviting you to unwind in the utmost privacy and capture the magical vibe of the island — without feeling overwhelmed.

During your stay, Anissa’s alfresco area will be your private piece of heaven. The terrace features a private pool that can also be heated for those chilly evenings. Near the pool, the deluxe sunbeds are the perfect spot to lay on and take in the gentle summer sun while enjoying the spectacular views. Just a few steps away, a dining area stands under a pergola, protected from the summer winds and the sun, for relaxed meals outdoors. And now for the cherry on top; there is also a cave-shaded jacuzzi to enjoy at your own pace!

Anissa is a fine mixture of traditional Cycladic architecture with whitewashed walls, curved lines and minimal, stylish décor and furniture. A bright and airy ambiance flows throughout the property creating a feeling of easy, understated comfort. This luxury villa consists of 2 levels; on the pool level, there is the main house, featuring a bright living area and 2 comfy master bedrooms. On the lower level, there are 3 deluxe suites, each with an ensuite bathroom and deluxe amenities, plus a living area that boasts amazing vistas.
Good to know
Anissa can work beautifully for a small romantic wedding in Santorini, with space suited to a private ceremony of up to 20 guests. The setting is naturally photogenic, but the overall feel remains intimate—more about the view and the atmosphere than a “big-event” setup. The villa also offers room for morning yoga with sweeping vistas, and if you’d like to build a simple routine into the stay, our dedicated concierge team can arrange a personal trainer during your time at the villa.
