The concept: Room to Retreat
Rather than functioning as one oversized villa, Willow unfolds across three separate properties, each complete enough to stand on its own, yet together creating a larger Paros stay, just a few steps from the beach. The design is particularly effective, with fifteen bedrooms, several living spaces, independent guest rooms, and sea-facing upper levels all arranged without losing clarity. White volumes, simple lines, and stone details keep the architecture rooted in the island, while the layout makes privacy one of the villa’s strongest luxuries.
Outdoors
Each villa opens onto its own pool terrace, and this division creates a more spacious and less formal atmosphere than one large communal exterior would allow. Sun loungers, umbrellas, dining areas, and open-air seating are repeated throughout the estate, while the pool bar and BBQ add a stronger social note when everyone comes together. The sea is close enough to reach on foot, which helps the whole property feel tied to the shoreline. Even at full occupancy, there is room here to move lightly.
Indoors
Inside, the three villas follow a similar visual language, combining bright shared rooms, broad openings, and a restrained palette that keeps the mood light and settled. Each villa has its own kitchen and living area, bedrooms are spread across different levels and include independent guest rooms as well as more private master suites with sea views and terraces. Fireplaces, smaller sitting areas, and the softer textures of the interiors keep the atmosphere warm and livable, even at full capacity.
Good to know
The closest beach, an unorganized stretch of Santa Maria, is a short walk away, while the main beach and Naousa are both within easy driving distance for beach time, dining, and a livelier shift in pace. With parking for several cars and multiple independent entrances throughout the estate, daily logistics remain relatively simple for a property of this scale. More than anything, Willow offers the rare advantage of size without sacrificing privacy, which is not easy to find in Paros.
