The concept: Lived-in Summer

At first, what stands out is the clean white geometry and the large pool in front, but after a little time the real appeal of Villa Magdalena becomes clearer: the beach close by, the ease of the layout, and the way the house seems to support a group without ever feeling crowded. In Santa Maria, with five ensuite bedrooms for up to ten guests, it offers a lighter, more relaxed take on island living that feels true to Paros. The Cycladic language is there, of course, in the white walls and pale stone, but the mood is less postcard and more lived-in summer.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces are central to the stay and among the villa’s strongest features. The pool terrace is broad and sunlit, with enough room for everyone to spread out, then come back together under the shaded pergola for lunch or dinner from the barbecue. There is a nice balance between openness and shelter here, and that is what makes the space work so well. You can spend the whole day at home, drift down to the beach, or return from Naousa and still feel as though the evening begins again around the pool.

Indoors

Inside, Magdalena keeps the same calm tone. The main living area, kitchen, and dining space are arranged to stay connected and full of light, with soft whites, pale woods, and a few woven details adding warmth without disturbing the villa’s simplicity. The bedrooms are distributed across several levels, which gives guests a real sense of independence, and the guest room adds another useful layer of privacy. It is a house that feels practical for a group, but still elegant enough to offer a proper luxury escape.

Good to know

One of the key advantages of staying here is that the day does not need much planning. The nearest sandy beach is just a a few steps away, which gives the villa a more natural connection to the sea, while Naousa remains a short drive further for spontaneous dinners and evenings out. Santa Maria Beach is also nearby, adding another option when the day calls for something more lively.
