The concept: A Slower Way

Villa Saltrose sits a short drive from Parikia, in a landscape that keeps it closely tied to Paros' character, even as the architecture remains minimal and contemporary. Designed for up to ten guests, it combines clean-lined interiors with a more layered spatial layout, including a guesthouse that can adapt easily to the rhythm of each stay. What gives the property its particular character is the way it balances shared living and personal space through levels, verandas, and outdoor corners, while the sea remains present in the background.

Outdoors

The terrace is arranged in distinct zones that follow the natural slope of the land, giving each moment of the day its own setting. The infinity pool stretches toward the view, while around it, sunbeds, shaded dining, and built-in lounge areas complete the scene. The pool bar, BBQ, and open-air cinema bring a more social dimension as the day turns into evening. Everything is designed to let you move easily between quiet and shared time without ever leaving the view behind.

Indoors

The interiors follow a restrained Cycladic approach, with warm minimalism, soft textures, and an easy connection to the outdoors. The main living space connects directly to the terrace, the master suite stands out with its private jacuzzi veranda, and one of the bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed for wheelchair access. The guesthouse adds another layer of flexibility, functioning either as a separate suite or two sleeping areas, making the layout adaptable for bigger groups.

Parikia is only a short drive away, which means the port, shops, and everyday essentials all remain close at hand, while Krios Beach is easy to reach for swimming and relaxed lunches by the sea.
