The concept: It takes two

Amphitrite brings together two modern villas into one large Paros estate, offering the kind of scale and flexibility that is difficult to find without sacrificing atmosphere. Together, the houses host up to eighteen guests, with eight ensuite bedrooms and an additional flexible sleeping area, creating a layout that feels considered. The architecture stays crisp and contemporary, but the surrounding landscape, the sea view, and the more rugged setting keep the villa grounded in the island’s character.

Outdoors

The outdoor experience is generous from every angle, with two infinity pools stealing the show from day one. Around them, terraces unfold into dining areas, poolside lounges, sunbathing spaces, pergola-covered seating, bars, and BBQ corners, creating a layered setting that supports group gatherings. The addition of two open-air cinemas gives a more distinctive evening atmosphere and makes the outdoor spaces feel fully lived in well after sunset. Even with all of this, the terraces retain a sense of calm, helped by the clean design, the slope of the land, and the way each villa holds its own outdoor life without breaking the overall flow.

Indoors

Both villas are bright and composed inside, with open-plan living areas, sea-facing openings, and a restrained Cycladic palette. The bedroom layout is one of Amphitrite’s stronger points, because it combines main-house suites with an independent guesthouse that can function as either one or two bedrooms, depending on the needs of the stay. A master suite opening to a private jacuzzi veranda, a wheelchair-friendly bedroom, and a layout that gives each room a natural sense of privacy all make the estate feel not only attractive but genuinely easy to live in over time.

Good to know

The location is especially convenient for guests arriving by ferry or wanting easy access to Parikia without staying directly in town. The port, local shops, and dining options are all a short drive away, while nearby beaches are ideal for quick swims without much fuss. The property is also well placed for exploring more of Paros, with the road north opening naturally toward Kolympethres and Naousa. In practice, that means Amphitrite offers both the privacy of a larger villa compound and the convenience of staying close to the island’s everyday life.
