Outdoors

Facing out to the Aegean Sea, with the mountains of Naxos outlined across the water, the outdoor area is a peaceful haven. Surrounded by trees and local plantings, the private pool rests on wooden decking with sun loungers, bean bags, and umbrellas. Under the villa’s portico, you will find a shaded dining and lounge area framed by bougainvillea. The highlight, though, is the rooftop lounge, set up for golden-hour views.

Indoors

The villa is a fine example of modern Cycladic architecture with a soft touch—whitewashed curves, wood accents, built-in pieces, and a neutral palette that lets light do the work. Large openings pull the outdoors in; the open-plan living area centers on the fireplace and connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals (or a chef night).
