The concept: Less Plan, More Paros

On the quiet side of Paros, Electra I sits a few steps from Santa Maria beach with the ease of a luxury villa that is tuned to island life. Designed for ten discerning guests, it arranges five ensuite bedrooms over three levels so everyone can keep their own pace and still meet in the middle. It’s considered without being fussy, modern without forgetting warmth, and close enough to the beach and the picturesque village of Naoussa to make spontaneity possible.

Outdoors

The terrace serves as a meeting point. An infinity pool pulls the eye to the horizon, sun loungers gather the group for lazy mornings, and a shaded dining corner holds conversations that outlast the meal. The charcoal grill stands ready for a family barbecue or a chef night, while the outdoor speakers give a soft soundtrack to your days. Between swims, you drift—water, towel, table, repeat—until the evening lays its cool breeze and the mood calls for a night out.

Indoors

The living room opens onto the pool terrace, framing the sea, and features a fireplace for cozy nights, as well as a kitchen ready for everything from coffee to chef-prepared dinners. Two ensuite doubles, a cozy playroom, a staff room, and laundry sit at the lower level. The main floor adds two more ensuite doubles beside the social spaces with direct pool access. Above, the master suite crowns the upper level with its own balcony.
