Less than a kilometre from the beach in Plaka, Villa Marmalade feels like a garden house with a Cycladic spirit—simple lines, fresh air, and spaces that invite you outside. It welcomes up to six guests in three double bedrooms, each ensuite with its own independent entrance for extra privacy. Gated and quietly tucked away, it comes with a private plunge pool and a rooftop terrace for sunset hours—meant for guests who like the beach within reach and the atmosphere quietly contained.

Outdoors

The terrace is set up for the way we spend summer days. Swim, rinse off under the outdoor shower, stretch out on a lounger, then drift into the shaded lounge area with something cold in hand. Later in the evening, you can cook outside on the gas BBQ, eat under the shade, and keep the sound system low, for a more relaxing ambience. The garden adds a soft, green edge, while the rooftop terrace gives you an extra place to disappear with a book or watch the light change.

Indoors

Inside, the living room, dining corner and kitchen share one open, social space. The sofa and TV make a natural spot for downtime, and the dining table sits close enough that meals and conversations mix easily. The three double bedrooms, all ensuite and with independent entrances, mean everyone has somewhere to retreat to, whether that is for a quiet morning coffee or a midday rest out of the sun. Overall, the set-up adds a sense of autonomy that many guests appreciate.

Good to know

Naxos is loved for its mix of beach life and authenticity—excellent local produce, good tavernas, and a pace that stays grounded even in summer. From Plaka, you can keep it simple with Maragkas beach and the long shoreline, or head to Naxos Town for evening walks, waterfront dining, and shopping before returning to the calm of the villa. Private parking for two cars is available and pets are welcome upon request—an easy win for families who prefer not to leave anyone behind.
