‘Rumors have it that wine tastes better on holidays. In my mind, wine tastes better in Santorini and by living here for some years I can undoubtedly say that my favorite island experience by far is a local wine tasting tour. ‘A yacht-cruise experience! I mean why stay on an island where there so many more to see and explore? ‘Crete is my favorite destination, the largest Greek island and – in my opinion – the most beautiful one. When I am on the island, I always have a cultural tour as Crete is home to many historical monuments and you get to know more of Greek history. The beautiful Knossos Palace is the paragon of the Minoan civilization, well preserved even nowadays and linked to many myths. Also, I am never getting bored of the picturesque Chania and Rethimno old towns to stroll around the narrow streets and see the old Venetian Harbor and the fortress’.
