The concept: Always by the Water

Palmera sits directly on the coast in Argasi, with the Ionian Sea filling the view beyond its arches and pool terrace. Four ensuite bedrooms accommodate eight guests across two levels, while direct access to the shore means a swim in the sea can be as spontaneous as a dip in the infinity pool. White architecture, warm timber and lush planting give the house a Mediterranean character, with Zakynthos Town and the beaches farther south still comfortably within driving distance.

Outdoors

Out on the terrace, sun loungers line the private infinity pool, cushioned platforms bring you even closer to the water, and a built-in lounge creates a more sheltered corner around the outdoor fire feature. A few steps higher, dining and BBQ areas sit beneath the arches, looking straight through to the sea. There is also a SUP board ready for the water, blurring the line between a pool day and a beach day even further.

Indoors

The main living area opens through broad glass doors toward an arched terrace where the sea sits almost perfectly framed ahead. Creamy plaster, softly rounded furniture, warm wood and cane detailing create an interior that feels calm. One ensuite bedroom is tucked onto the ground floor with its own terrace, while three more sit upstairs. Each upper bedroom has a sea view and balcony access, so no room feels secondary.

Good to know

Argasi keeps the practical side of the stay easy, with restaurants, cafés and shops around the village for everyday plans. When you feel like heading farther out, Zakynthos Town is a short drive away for dinner, shopping or an evening walk, while the road south leads toward Banana Beach and the wider coastline. It is an easy choice for mixing time by the water with a few well-chosen outings. Palmera is also pet-friendly on request.
