Phaenna is a luxury Sifnos villa that can accommodate up to 14 guests in a private Cycladic setting. Set on a hilltop, it overlooks the sparkling Aegean Sea and offers unobstructed views—ideal for slow mornings and shared family dinners. The villa provides easy access to several beaches on the island’s western coast, including Vlicho, Apokofto, and Saoures, for relaxed days by the water. For shopping and local dining, Apollonia is less than a 10-minute drive away, with a good selection of shops and taverns.

Outdoors

Built with local materials, Phaenna features a generous two-level terrace with plenty of space to unwind. Start the day with breakfast alfresco under the gentle Mediterranean sun, taking in the endless sea view. With three outdoor dining areas to choose from—from a table by the pool to a more wind-protected spot—it’s easy to adapt to the mood and the weather. The private pool sits on the upper terrace, framed by sea views and loungers for sunbathing, reading, or a quiet swim as the sky shifts colour in the evening.

Indoors

Decorated in minimalist elegance, Phaenna offers ample interior space in soothing tones that create a calm, welcoming ambience. Large doors bring in natural light and support a seamless indoor–outdoor flow. There are two fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances for everyday cooking and snacks, plus a comfortable living and dining area for slow coffees and time together. The villa features seven bedrooms—two with king-size beds and five with twins—each with an en-suite bathroom and access to the exterior areas, designed for privacy and restful nights for every guest.

Good to know

Apokofto Beach is approximately 2 km from the villa, a sandy, picturesque bay with crystal-clear water. It’s well suited to a relaxed beach day with the family, and there are taverns nearby where you can try local dishes and seafood.
