Built out of local materials, Phaenna boasts a large 2-level terrace with plenty of spaces to relax and zen out. Start your day with a luscious breakfast al fresco unwinding under the gentle Mediterranean sun and enjoying the endless sea view. There are 3 outdoor dining areas to choose from, from a lovely table by the pool to a wind-protected space for those windy evenings. Your private pool stands on the upper-level terrace boasting a gorgeous sea view and loungers to put your feet up and work your summer tan or simply relax in the evening with your friends with a glass of wine at hand as the sky changes colors. Indoors

Decorated in minimalistic elegance, Phaenna offers ample interior space and features soothing colors to create a calm ambiance inviting you to unwind. The large doors allow the natural light to fill the chambers and blend the limits between the indoor and outdoor areas. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances to prepare your snacks and a lovely living and dining area to have your morning espresso. The villa boasts 7 deluxe bedrooms, 2 with a king-size bed and 5 with twin beds, all featuring ensuite bathrooms and access to the exterior area promising a restful night to every guest.

Apokofto beach is approximately 2 km away from your villa, a sandy picturesque bay with crystal-clear waters, truly an idyllic setting. The beach is ideal for a relaxing day at the beach with your family and there are also some taverns where you can have some local dishes and seafood.
