Outdoors
Set on over 6,000 sqm of private land, the villa sits on a gentle slope facing the Aegean Sea. Enter through the restored original iron gates and you’ll find an outdoor setting designed for relaxed, all-day living: a portico-shaded dining area, several sofa-lounge corners under the trees with sea views, and—down a few steps—a private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. With multiple spots to settle in across the gardens, the layout works well for groups who want to be together while still having space. The pool also includes aqua-gym equipment, and there is a designated area for alfresco massage for quiet reset moments between swims.
Indoors
Aristotle’s interiors are designed to retain an aristocratic ambience, with historical artefacts, restored original furniture, and art, balanced by modern luxury comforts such as top-quality mattresses, plush seating, and soft ambient lighting. Arranged on one level, the villa includes a cosy living room with an original fireplace, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, two bedroom suites, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and two additional en-suite bedrooms with independent entrances in the garden—ideal for extra privacy among guests. Modern essentials are also in place, including a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and baby equipment available on request.
