The White Cliff Estate sets a calm, private tone from the start—a gated caldera-edge estate best described as the villa that features one of Santorini’s largest private infinity pools, with direct volcano views from the terrace. Outdoors
Dramatically positioned on the cliff edge, the outdoor area opens to wide 180-degree caldera views, with the multi-level designer infinity pool as the natural focal point. The pool cascades across three levels and includes underwater music—a detail that adds atmosphere without distracting from the setting. The terrace is arranged into distinct shared zones, including a pool bar, space for yoga and Pilates, a running path along the estate’s perimeter, an open-air cinema under the stars, and dedicated spa facilities. There is also a pool cave, serving as a shaded retreat for the hottest hours.
Indoors
The interior design was conceived by Paola Navone, internationally recognised for blending modern aesthetics with local materials and traditional handicrafts. Indoors, the villa balances modern Greek interiors with open-air lounge areas for an effortless, barefoot-chic feel—polished, but never overly formal. The property is divided into five private suites, each opening to its own private or semi-private outdoor space, with either a whirlpool jacuzzi or a plunge pool. For guests who prioritise wellness, the villa also includes a dedicated spa and hammam room—ideal after long days by the infinity pool.

Part of our Signature Portfolio, The White Cliff Estate’s inclusions extend into high-end services and experiences. An executive chef is there to take care of daily meals, with the option for cooking classes and kids’ lessons, while wellness can be built into the routine through private yoga sessions, spa treatments, and time in the hammam. Evenings can be kept simple or turned into an occasion with the open-air cinema under the stars, and if you’d like to explore beyond the estate, private tours and wine tastings can be arranged.
