The concept: Accommodation and Relaxation

Emilia is a calm, low-key retreat on the quieter side of Santorini, in Vourvoulos. Set within a generous plot with open sea views, it brings together three independent villas and two private pools to host up to 12 guests. It suits extended families or a group of friends, while the overall feeling is warm and traditional, with touches of modern design that keep everything fresh and easy.

Outdoors

Outside, Emilia leans into classic Cycladic lines featuring white surfaces, dark volcanic stone and simple, clean shapes that keep the focus on the view. Two private swimming pools and an outdoor jacuzzi are set across different terraces, sun loungers and umbrellas offer comfortable spots to read or rest, while lounge corners and alfresco dining areas are set up for relaxed breakfasts or grilled dinners at home.

Indoors

Indoors, Emilia is arranged as three self-contained villas, each with its own living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. Natural light, desaturated earth tones, and modern furnishings create a calm atmosphere that fits the island setting. Across the villas, you’ll find six bedrooms in total: a mix of queen- and king-size beds, plus a loft twin bedroom, many with private entrances and some opening directly to the pool terrace.

Good to know

Emilia sits in a quieter area of Santorini with a more local feel than the busy caldera villages. A mini market is around 2 km away, and Vourvoulos Beach lies roughly 1.8 km from the property, so a car is recommended. Fira and Oia can both be reached by car for wider dining, shopping, and sunset options, while back at the villa, you return to a slower rhythm on your own private terrace.
