Located a bit further from Oia and only a short drive from the lively town of Imerovigli, the villa has private parking and is set off the road in its own grounds.  It is designed with respect to the local architecture of smooth arches, and it blends into the cliffside, creating a truly special backdrop for your summer vacation.

Outdoors

The smooth geometric shapes of the famed Cycladic architecture greet you as you approach the villa’s private gate.  The large outdoor terrace features a gorgeous designer shaped swimming pool with full caldera and volcan views, surrounded by palm trees, local shrubs and rock features that blend into the caldera cliffside. There is also a separate jacuzzi whirlpool, sun loungers, and a shaded area for alfresco dining. Totally secluded and private, the outdoor area is as striking as the interiors.

 Indoors

Architect’s House is fully harmonised with the natural environment. It features the traditional canava-building technique of Santorini, with cool white walls and smooth lines and arches, along with large windows to let the view in. The main open-plan living space features comfy sofas, a cozy fireplace, and a dining area. Off the living room is the bright fully equipped kitchen, and there is also a stair ladder by the dining area to take you up to the loft lounge area for quiet private moments. On this same level you will also find 3 gorgeous bedrooms with access to the pool terrace.
