Part of our Signature Oasis Collection, Architect's House, is a unique luxury Santorini retreat that offers guests peace and elegance set in an area of natural beauty with amazing volcano and caldera views. Located outside the boutique village of Oia and also only a short drive from the lively main town of Fira, the villa has private parking and is set off the road in its own grounds. Designed with respect to the local architecture of smooth arches and blending into the cliffside, this villa is truly special.

Outdoors

The smooth geometric shapes of the famed Cycladic architecture greet you as you approach your private gate. The large outdoor terrace features a gorgeous designer shaped swimming pool with full caldera and volcan views, surrounded by palm trees, local shrubs and rock features that blend into the caldera cliffside. There is also a separate jacuzzi whirlpool, sun loungers, and a shaded area for alfresco dining. Totally secluded and private, this outdoor area is as stunning as the inside of this amazing villa.

Indoors

The luxurious villa is fully harmonized with the natural environment combining the traditional island architecture with contemporary design, elegance, and modern amenities. The Architect’s House features the traditional canava-building technique of Santorini, with cool white walls and smooth lines and arches, along with large windows to let in the view. The main open-plan living space features comfy sofas, a cozy fireplace, and a dining area. Off the living room is the bright fully equipped kitchen, and there is also a stair ladder by the dining area to take you up to the loft lounge area for quiet private moments. All on this same level are the 3 gorgeous bedrooms with access to the pool terrace and sumptuous mattresses and A/C for the perfect night’s sleep.
