Outdoor

Roca is built in local stone and blends indoor and outdoor living for a dreamy Mediterranean experience. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors at the back of the villa open out to a covered area with dining and lounging spaces. Slightly lower on the terrace, you find the pale wood pool deck, with a large private infinity pool and soft lawn, leading toward the trees and the sea. The outdoor sofas are ideally placed for your own sunset show, so you can settle in, sip something cold, and watch the sky change as the day winds down.

Indoors

Roca’s glass-fronted living room overlooks the infinity pool and the sea. The bright interiors feature local stone and neutral fabrics, creating a harmonious living flow. Every detail is carefully designed; the open-plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen with an island bar and stools. Beyond the pool terrace lounge outside, an additional indoor sitting area with sofas and armchairs faces those wide sea views, so gatherings work in any weather. All four bedrooms are en-suite, including an independent lower-level suite with its own entrance.

Good to know

Roca is close to Voidokilia Beach, often cited among the Mediterranean’s most beautiful shores—a crescent of white sand and turquoise water that’s great for families. The area blends nature and history, with an archaeological site, nature reserve, and casual tavernas nearby. Daily housekeeping and linen/towel changes are included, while transfers, chef, and yacht charters are available on request through our concierge.
