Outdoors

Surrounded by lush vegetation, Charlotte feels as if it’s suspended above the view. A private swimming pool extends on the lower level, blending beautifully with the gardens. By its side, there is a comfy lounge area and sun loungers where you can sunbathe in total serenity, listening to the calming sounds of nature. The ample shaded terrace on the upper level features alfresco dining with wide views, and a nearby hammock makes the perfect spot for some quiet “you” time.

Indoors

Built from natural materials, Charlotte is a paragon of classy and contemporary design. Its unique architecture is reflected inside through earthy tones, modern décor, and state-of-the-art furnishings. On the upper level, there is a bright open plan area featuring a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Every part of the upper level is connected to the private terrace through floor-to-ceiling windows. The 3 deluxe bedrooms are also on this level, each en-suite, with direct access to the terrace.

Charlotte is near the popular Voidokilia beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean. The crescent-shaped cove, the white sands, and the shallow, crystal-clear waters make it a favorite among families with children.
