The concept: Room to Roam

A group holiday is easier when not everyone has to agree on what happens next. At Ursa, two sister villas give up to sixteen guests enough room to follow their own pace, whether that means a quiet morning by one of the swimming pools, a beach day around Kolymbithres, or dinner in nearby Naoussa. Eight ensuite bedrooms, sea views, and fully independent living spaces make coming back together just as easy as spending time apart.

Outdoors

Outside, Ursa works almost like two summer houses sharing the same holiday. Each villa has its own pool terrace, shaded dining area, BBQ, loungers, and places to sit out of the sun, so guests never need to gather around unless they want to. Long lunches can happen on one terrace while someone else stays by the water next door. Later, the group can come back together for drinks as the heat drops and the terraces become the natural center of the evening.

Indoors

White walls and large openings give the interiors that unmistakably Cycladic feel, while wood, woven details, earthy tones, and soft textiles bring warmth to the clean architecture. Each villa has an open living space where the kitchen, dining area, and lounge flow toward the terrace. There are eight ensuite bedrooms in total, including four with independent entrances, a useful detail when different couples, families, or generations are traveling together.

Good to know

The location gives the group plenty of options whenever it wants to leave the pools behind. Northern Paros has a rhythm of its own, moving easily between beaches, rocky coves, long lunches, and evenings in Naoussa. Ursa sits comfortably within that mix. Kolymbithres keeps the coast close, while the complex offers enough space to stay put when nobody feels like going out. It is the kind of summer setting that leaves the day open for exploration.
