Villa Mocha speaks in textures before it speaks in luxuries. Stone, wood, white walls, woven details, and soft fabrics come together in a way that feels distinctly Parian, giving the villa a calm architectural identity without making it feel overly designed. Housed in Isterni and accommodating up to eight guests, it offers four ensuite bedrooms, sea-facing living spaces, and a private infinity swimming pool for travelers who care as much about atmosphere and aesthetics as they do about comfort and convenience.

Outdoors

Outside, every line seems drawn toward the horizon. The infinity pool sits at the heart of a generous terrace with sun loungers, seating corners, and an outdoor dining area, creating a relaxed flow between swimming, resting, eating, and enjoying the view. The stone façade gives the villa a grounded Cycladic character, while the pale terraces and wooden openings keep the look fresh and contemporary. Indoors, the design is softer and more intimate. Isterni keeps Mocha slightly away from the busier pulse of Paros. Tsoukalia is the closest unorganized beach, while Naousa is a short drive away with its restaurants, boutiques, and lively summer energy. Kolympethres is also within driving distance and offers one of the island’s most distinctive beach landscapes. With private parking for up to two cars, guests who rent a car can explore the island easily, moving between coastline, village life, and the more social side of northern Paros.
