From its privileged position on the hillside, Hollis’ exterior is your private nature space, where the sky and sea blend into the perfect summer backdrop. The swimming pool with panoramic sea views is surrounded by sun loungers, and running along the side of the villa is a wooden portico to provide shade with a view. There is also a stylish alfresco dining area, a lounge area, and a BBQ to test your cooking skills. Designer garden furniture, comfortable cushions, and local stone features blend harmoniously with nature's beauty to create an outdoor summer living space you will not want to leave.
Indoors
The style-magazine theme continues inside, with cool neutral tones, wood, and glass, carefully chosen fixtures and fittings, and ambient lighting. Hollis features island-style furnishings and luxury amenities for the perfect home-from-home vacation. On entering the main villa, there is a large open-plan living space, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 master ensuite bedroom. On the lower level, you’ll find 2 more ensuite bedrooms with comfy bedding and a TV, plus there is an independent guesthouse by the pool - perfect for a couple seeking a bit of privacy.

Hollis is close to Golden Beach, with easy access to nearby beachfront restaurants, water sports, and hiking trails along the cliff path, and it’s also a short drive from the traditional village of Dryos.
