Built in 2019, Sugar Cube is a high-end retreat in Makria Miti, only a few minutes’ drive from the fishing village of Alyki. This luxury villa in Paros provides privacy in an idyllic environment that offers breathtaking views over the Aegean and the islet of Antiparos. Set across two separate buildings, it is ideal for families and groups of friends or couples, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, craving easy, memorable days on Paros—one of the Cyclades’ liveliest islands.

Outdoors

Nature and architecture blend harmoniously, creating a serene environment for your summer days outdoors. The flow is seamless. Mornings start with a swim in the private pool and coffee under the pergola; afternoons drift between a book in the shade and a second dip. The terrace is set up for time together—loungers in the sun, a large table for simple meals, and sea-facing nooks for a quiet pause. One thing is certain: you’ll be amazed by the views over the Aegean.

Indoors

Clean, simple lines, natural colors, and carefully selected materials, like wood and stone, set a calm, understated tone inside. The villa hosts four spacious bedrooms and is arranged around an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. For families, there’s also a playroom, alongside a small fitness area for guests who like to keep up a light routine. Overall, the interiors feel bright and contemporary, with Cycladic restraint and a soft sense of texture that carries through the spaces.

Sugar Cube was designed and constructed by its architect-owners. Bright and modern yet filled with the traditional Cycladic spirit, the villa offers a great base to explore Paros and hop over to Antiparos via the port of Pounta, which is only a 10-minute drive away. Parikia is roughly 15 minutes by car, offering plenty of options for shops, cafés, and evenings out. A car is practical for exploring; if you’d rather not drive, our concierge can arrange private transfers so plans stay easy.
