Outdoors
The villa sits gently on the slopes overlooking the seashore, built with modern Cycladic architecture, which blends local stone, whitewashed walls, and geometric shapes. Plush furnishings invite you to unwind, while the soft island breeze travels your senses. The designer infinity pool is L-shaped for full sea views, framed by sunbeds and a built-in sofa, while the dining area and BBQ cater to big get-togethers. For an extra treat, you can book a private chef to prepare local meals al fresco—or screen a film at the outdoor cinema after sunset.
Indoors
While Optasia uses traditional architecture to amplify the outdoor space, the minimal features inside give a feeling of contemporary simplicity. To ensure total privacy among its guests, the villa is divided into the main house, offering 4 ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large, bright open-plan living room with glass windows and doors leading out to the pool terrace. There are also two independent guest houses, each with a double ensuite bedroom and a kitchenette, accommodating four additional guests, or your staff members.
