Sun-drenched and sea-facing, the terrace centers on an impressive infinity pool bordered by a built-in sofa, sunbeds for tanning, and a pergola-shaded dining area for easy meals outside. Fragrant landscaped gardens, full of local plants and shrubs, add the final brushstroke to the exteriors, as they create a quiet ambiance for relaxed afternoons. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ turns lunches and dinners into fun group activities, while everything points to the majestic Aegean view.

Indoors

As you’d expect from a contemporary Parian villa, interiors are bright and uncluttered—whitewashed walls, curated pieces, and plenty of light. The living room slides open to the pool terrace, while a fully equipped kitchen keeps meals easy from breakfast to late suppers. Each bedroom enjoys its own bathroom, and generous storage keeps suitcases out of sight. With approximately 370 sqm of living space, there’s room for everyone to spread out without losing the sense of togetherness.
