The Concept: Padel Villa in Paros

Located just a 7-minute drive from Naousa, Mirabella combines the privacy of an island home with the services of a staffed luxury retreat. Complimentary breakfast and either lunch or dinner are prepared daily by the villa cook, allowing up to 12 guests to enjoy an effortless stay from morning to evening. Set on a private 8-acre hilltop estate near the authentic village of Kostos, the villa offers open views towards Paros’ southeast coast, a peaceful setting, and its own private Wilson padel court for guests who like to balance laid-back island living with a little more activity.

Outdoors 

Mirabella’s elevated, wind-protected setting enjoys a pleasant microclimate, typically 2–3°C cooler than much of the island, with humidity generally around 45–50%. Its all-white, marble-accented exterior opens onto private terraces, sweeping Aegean views and gardens filled with wildflowers and aromatic herbs. While at the villa, guests can enjoy a round of padel or soccer, practise yoga, or cool off in the 17-metre pool before gathering under the shaded pergola for BBQ dinners. On full-moon nights, the illuminated pool, Cycladic architecture and surrounding hills create a particularly magical atmosphere.

Indoors 

The estate features five bedrooms in the main house plus a separate stone-built guest-house suite, six shower rooms and bathrooms, underfloor cooling, Starlink Wi-Fi and white marble throughout the interior and exterior living areas. Originally built as a family home, Mirabella offers a natural sense of space, comfort and privacy. The interiors are minimal and refined, with relaxed beach-house touches and comfortable bedrooms designed for restful island living. The main living area features satellite TV and an open-plan layout flowing into the 12-seat dining area, creating an inviting space for quiet evenings at the villa.
