Atticus is a traditional luxury villa set in a serene and secluded area blending beautifully with the landscape and the old church next to it dating back to 1867. The villa is designed in the shape of the Greek capital letter “Π” offering protection from the winds and shaded areas to admire the endless Aegean Sea. The house features ample living and outdoor areas, a private pool, and a vineyard, encouraging you to revitalize your senses and reconnect with nature.

Outdoors

The outdoor area of the villa is crafted of local stone and natural materials, in perfect balance with the surrounding area and the nearby chapel. There is a private pool with loungers to chill out and admire the unobstructed sea and sunset vistas. Just relax and close your eyes listening to the calming sound of waves on the shore while the gentle breeze caresses your skin. At sunset, gather at the dining area to enjoy a Mediterranean alfresco meal, prepared with local ingredients on the BBQ.

Indoors

Built with natural materials in traditional Cycladic style, Atticus offers curved lines with whitewashed walls and minimal open-plan spaces with touches of local décor. The villa extends over 2 levels, with a kitchen on each level to prepare homemade snacks and 6 double bedrooms, that look like they are carved in stone. The entire living area is designed to promote a more carefree and alternative way of living, offering you a bright and airy ambience to Zen out.

Once part of the same island until the volcanic eruption of 1600 BC separated them, Therasia lies just a 10-minute ferry ride from Santorini. Today it is the quieter counterpart, with only a handful of villages and a small local population, making it ideal for guests who want a scenic retreat away from the crowds while still staying within easy reach of Santorini’s energy. From Atticus, you are a short drive from Riva beach and the island’s small port, with private parking on site and concierge support available for arranging transfers, boat trips, in-villa dining or visits to Santorini.
