Sylvianne is a 4-bedroom luxury villa in Houlakia, ready to welcome up to 8 guests who seek low-key summer days in the most sought-after Greek island. Located on the quieter northern side of Mykonos, it is just a 3-minute drive from a small pebbled beach and less than 3 km from Agios Stefanos. Even though it’s part of a three-villa complex, the house feels private, with its own entrance, infinity pool and terrace that look out over the sea and capture the island’s sunset light.

Outdoors

Outside, the focus is on simple, easy living. The infinity pool anchors the terrace, with sunbeds lined up for long hours in the sun and a wooden pergola offering shade when you need it. An alfresco dining table by the pool quickly becomes the natural meeting point for breakfast, casual lunches or something simple in the evening. As the day winds down, the view over the Aegean and the sunset on the horizon make it easy to stay put a little longer.

Indoors

Inside, Sylvianne is unpretentious, simple and soothing. Traditional Cycladic elements, retouched with discreet modern details, create an atmosphere of sophisticated simplicity. The cosy living room connects to the dining area, both sharing views of the pool terrace and easy access outside. Four comfortable bedrooms are spread across the villa’s two levels, offering space and privacy. A fully equipped kitchen is on hand for home-cooked meals and if you prefer not to cook, a private chef can be arranged so you can enjoy a Mediterranean-style dinner without leaving the villa.

Good to know

This luxury Mykonos villa is located on the northern coast, where you’ll find some of Mykonos’ more relaxing beaches. When you feel like more buzz, you can head to the south coast for livelier shores such as Ornos, Psarou or Super Paradise, where the beach scene is more energetic. The villa is also close to the new port, making it a convenient base if you plan to explore nearby islands by boat.
