The concept: Multi-Villa Refuge
Built in line with the local architecture, Villa Silk brings together everything multigenerational groups often look for but rarely find in one place. Located in the Kalafatis area of Mykonos, and not far from the beach, the estate sleeps up to thirty guests in fifteen ensuite bedrooms spread across three luxury villas. The design is contemporary and consistent without feeling over-styled, which appeals to guests who value clean lines, open views, and the ability to travel as a group while still keeping some personal space.
Outdoors
The outdoor areas are designed with variety in mind. Three private swimming pools give options for different age groups and energy levels, while plenty of loungers and umbrellas keep both sun lovers and shade seekers happy. Parents appreciate the sight lines across the terraces and lawn, which make it easier to keep an eye on children while still relaxing. A heated jacuzzi, a pool bar, three BBQ spots, and multiple covered dining and lounge areas make outdoor living the highlight, from casual lunches to relaxed evening meals.
Indoors
Inside, three individual villas mean families can spread. Each has its own living room, kitchen, and dining area, so breakfasts or early nights can be kept separate when needed. The fifteen ensuite bedrooms come in different configurations, including queen beds, doubles, and twins, some with desks and some with access to private balconies or terraces with sea view. Independent guest rooms with separate entrances are helpful for grandparents, teenagers, or staff, while the overall style is bright and uncluttered.
Good to know
Kalafatis has a more laid-back atmosphere than some of the busier Mykonos areas and is popular with both families and water sports enthusiasts, with Agia Anna and other sandy beaches lying close by and Mykonos Town within a short drive. Villa Silk can welcome pets on request, and the estate offers private parking for a number of cars, which is useful for larger groups. Our concierge support can assist with transport, reservations, in-villa dining, childcare arrangements, and activities so that planning is kept simple.
