The dining and lounge spaces are generous enough for larger gatherings, yet the grounds never feel overstated, thanks to the way rock, planting, and built structure are allowed to share the same visual weight. Beyond the terraces, the tennis court and chapel give the villa a more complete sense of life, as though the property were designed not only for holidays but for moments with greater meaning.

Indoors

Inside, Sandstone is darker, softer, and more tactile than the usual Cycladic palette. Arched passages, raw stone, heavy timber, carved surfaces, and custom pieces give the interiors an almost monastic calm. The main living spaces remain open and generous, with the sitting area holding the clearest relationship to the view, while the kitchen and dining area are folded more quietly into the plan.
