Villa Merryn puts you in an interesting position, close to one of Mykonos’ best-known beach scenes. In Agios Lazaros, above the blue curve of Psarou Bay, this three-bedroom retreat hosts six guests between the main house and an independent guesthouse. The sea stays firmly in the picture, while the infinity pool, shaded terrace and warm mix of stone and timber give the villa a relaxed identity of its own. Best of all, Psarou and Nammos are close enough to reach on foot.

Outdoors

Everything important happens within a few steps of the pool. The shaded terrace brings a large lounge, dining table, outdoor kitchen setup and BBQ beneath the warmth of a timber pergola, with a pool bar ready for drinks in between. The infinity edge turns toward the sea, while the fireplace allows the same space to work just as well after dark. It is a practical layout too, because swimming, eating and relaxing all happen together without turning the terrace into one crowded zone.

Indoors

Inside, an open-plan living room connects directly to the terrace, with the fully equipped kitchen integrated neatly into the same bright space. Two ensuite bedrooms complete the main residence and open directly outdoors, while the separate guesthouse contains a third ensuite bedroom with sea views and access to the pool terrace. Clean lines and built-in woodwork keep the interiors uncluttered, with natural textures and a restrained palette giving the rooms warmth.
