The concept: Toward the Sea

Perched above in Kalafatis, Villa Eloise brings together some of the qualities guests look for most in Mykonos, but in a way that feels more grounded and authentic. Accommodating up to eight guests in four ensuite bedrooms, it combines privacy, strong sea views, and the added convenience of being within walking distance of the beach. Its design is contemporary, but the use of local stone, warm timber, and soft neutral interiors gives it a more natural, enduring character.

Outdoors

The outdoor areas are a defining part of the villa’s character. A large infinity pool stretches toward the sea, framed by generous sunbathing space and an expansive terrace that feels open, calm, and beautifully exposed to the light. Under the timber pergola, the shaded lounge and dining area create a more grounded, intimate atmosphere. Breakfast, long lunches, and relaxed dinners all naturally move outside, with the charcoal barbecue adding to the easy rhythm of summer living.

Indoors

Inside, Villa Eloise follows a more restrained and elegant approach. The main living spaces are bright and uncluttered, softened by muted tones, natural textures, and warm wooden elements that give the minimalist design a more welcoming feel. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen open easily onto the pool terrace, while the four bedrooms offer privacy, comfort, and a strong connection to the landscape through sea views, pool views, and access to terraces. The overall atmosphere is polished, but never too formal.

Good to know

For many guests, the real luxury here will be the location itself. Being within walking distance of Kalafatis Beach changes the rhythm of the stay completely, making beach time feel spontaneous and easy, rather than something that needs organizing. Kalafatis is also one of the calmer sides of the island, with a more natural and less hurried feel, while Mykonos Town and other hotspots like Alemagou Beach Bar remain within driving distance for shopping, dinner reservations, and a change of pace.
