Aegean Resort sits above Kalo Livadi Bay on Mykonos’ southeastern coast, in an area that has grown in profile with the arrival of the new Four Seasons retreat. Nestled into the hillside, this luxury Mykonos villa looks out over the Aegean and features a grand terrace with pergolas that can comfortably host special events. The estate can welcome up to 34 guests and is available in two configurations – with either 17 or 12 bedrooms – so it can adapt to the size and needs of your group. Several beaches lie within easy reach, and when you feel like a change of pace, Mykonos Town is about a 20-minute drive away.

Outdoors

From the turquoise surface of the infinity pool, the sea below feels like a natural extension of the water. The main pool is complemented by a large, shallow “pool-lake” lined with in-water sunbeds, giving guests the choice between a proper swim and a relaxed soak. You can spend your days relaxing by the pool with a cocktail at hand or throw BBQ meals under the shade of your pergola. And if you feel you want some beach time away from indiscreet eyes, you can walk to a charming little beach, Loulos, relatively unknown to big crowds.

Indoors

The villa’s soothing interior has the feel of a summer house, with pastel tones, elegant furnishings and an emphasis on comfort. The main living room provides a cosy place to gather, while the formal dining room frames views of the pool and the sea beyond. A very spacious, fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from casual snacks to full dinners prepared by a private chef. Across the property, 17 ensuite bedrooms and a fully equipped gym ensure that guests have both a comfortable place to rest and a dedicated space to keep up their routine.
