The Concept: Welcome to Paradise
Adel Retreat is a large Mykonos estate in Ftelia, designed for big groups of family or friends who want to stay together with plenty of space. Set in a quiet location not far from the island’s more cosmopolitan spots, it brings together three separate villas and wide sea views, creating a private base that still feels connected to Mykonos. In total, Adel Retreat can host up to 22 guests in 11 bedrooms, spread across the three villas, so everyone has room to find their own rhythm during the stay. What are you waiting for? Outdoors
The estate has all the outdoor amenities you’d expect for an easygoing summer. Three private swimming pools – one of them heated – are set at different spots around the property, along with a heated outdoor jacuzzi. Sun loungers, hammocks and shaded sitting areas invite you to spend most of the day outside, whether you’re in the mood for a swim, a nap or a drink by the water. Gas BBQs and multiple alfresco dining areas make it simple to enjoy meals outdoors, and the pool bar completes the picture, giving you a natural gathering point for pre-dinner drinks or casual cocktails with the group.
Indoors
Adel Retreat is divided into three self-contained villas, which helps balance shared time with privacy. Each villa has its own living area and fully equipped kitchen, so different parts of the group can keep their own schedule without getting in each other’s way. The interiors follow a minimal, modern style with light tones and comfortable furnishings, keeping the focus on ease and relaxation. All 11 bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning, and many open to balconies or terraces with garden or sea views.

Adel Retreat is made up of three villas – Jolie, Bella and Abigail – all within the same 7,200 sqm estate, which makes it a practical option for larger groups travelling together. There is ample parking on site, as well as a fully equipped gym for guests who like to keep up their routine. Another perk? If you're in the mood for music, mingling, and sunset cocktails, you’ll be glad to know that Alemagou Beach Bar is just around the corner—a local favorite that perfectly blends boho vibes with Mykonos flair.
