Perched on Ithaki’s northern side near Stavros, Villa Raspberry offers a secluded stay with the sea close by and the island’s greenery all around. It sleeps up to nine guests across four bedrooms and is laid out over two levels that feel comfortably independent. Two living and dining areas, along with two fully equipped kitchens, make the villa especially easy for families, couples traveling together, or groups who appreciate a little separation. The style is calm and local, with the view remaining the main feature throughout.
Outdoors
The terrace is open to the view, with a private pool that takes center stage and plenty of space to relax, read, and cool down between swims. Loungers and umbrellas create a relaxed rhythm through the day, while shaded dining under the pergola encourages long meals and cozy evenings. The charcoal barbecue keeps cooking casual, and an outdoor shower makes the pool feel like part of daily life. All around, greenery and open sky frame the bay, keeping the atmosphere quiet and unforced.
Indoors
Indoors, Raspberry feels comfortable and authentic, with earthy floors, simple finishes, and natural light that keeps the villa fresh and airy. Two kitchens and two living rooms make everyday living easy, whether you’re traveling as one group or sharing the villa as two households. Bedrooms are arranged across both levels, while each floor has its own kitchen, living and dining area. The overall mood is more “comfortable summer home” than staged luxury, which fits Ithaki’s character perfectly.
Good to know
The villa is pet friendly and suits guests who prefer a quieter, off-the-beaten-path island rhythm. Polis Beach is close enough to reach on foot, and the village of Stavros is nearby for simple essentials, cafés, and local tavernas.
