Suzette invites you to discover a haven of privacy and beauty, perched in a waterfront setting on Crete Island, in Rogdia Village, less than a 20-minute drive from Heraklion. This luxury Crete villa offers wide sea views and there is a path from the villa that leads down to the sea, which is only 200 meters away from your vacation home. It is perfect for up to 11 guests who want to relax in privacy, whether friends, couples, or families with kids.
Outdoors
The outdoor space centers on a seawater infinity pool and generous areas to chill out in style. The terrace and pool area are completely private, so you can enjoy plunges, sunbathing, casual BBQ dinners, and sunset evenings far from the crowds. Next to the pool, a gated footpath leads down to the sea and a stone pier, which can be used to park jet skis, so access to the water is simple. The path is gated, so you need not worry about kids running wild, and if the turquoise seawater feels too cold, pool heating is available on request for comfortably warm vacation moments.
Indoors
Suzette is divided into three levels, blending traditional Cretan elements with touches of contemporary design. The villa has 6 bedrooms, all of which offer amenities such as TV, A/C, safe box, outdoor terraces with seating areas, breathtaking views, and more; the sixth is a single room, ideal for a nanny or staff member. In the communal areas, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a hammam area, a wine cellar, and cozy living areas where you can spend quality family time.
