The concept: Island reunion

Jessica is made for big get-togethers. This estate on Crete’s eastern coast brings together two independent villas with 8 and 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 28 guests in total. Sitting in complete seclusion above the sea, it’s well-suited to events and milestone gatherings where privacy matters. When you’re in the mood for a swim, Mazida Ammos beach lies only 600 m away, while from the villa, you look out over both the Cretan landscape and the water.

Outdoors

Stone-built and designed with detail in mind, Jessica offers 2,000 sqm of outdoor space. A cobblestone path leads down to the private infinity pool, framed by green lawn and gardens, where an outdoor sound system lets you add music to the setting when the group gathers. The generous lounge and dining areas can seat up to 28 guests, and the BBQ is there when you feel like grilling local Cretan ingredients with a private chef or keeping things simple as a group.

Indoors

Jessica has an aesthetically pleasing design. Whitewashed walls, wooden ceilings, and warm, earthy tones create a relaxed backdrop, with large windows and French doors bringing in natural light and views. Each villa has its own kitchen, dining area, and living room, so different parts of the group can keep their own schedule. Across the two villas, all 14 bedrooms are air-conditioned and ensuite, with amenities to make stays comfortable; some open directly to balconies or the garden, which helps maintain a sense of space even when the house is full.

Jessica’s privacy and layout make it a natural choice for events – from birthdays and bachelorette gatherings to yoga retreats or a full family reunion. In addition to the guest bedrooms, the estate includes 7 staff bedrooms, allowing on-site personnel to support your stay around the clock if needed. A helipad and shaded parking area add to the sense of a self-contained property, so once everyone arrives, there’s little need to think about logistics – just how you want to use the space.
