South Corfu has plenty to give if you let the days stay loose. A morning swim at Agios Ioannis Peristeron — only 600 meters away, lunch by the water in Mesoggi, a drive to Chalikounas for a more open beach scene, or a visit to Corfu Old Town can all fit naturally into the stay. Nearby villages such as Benitses and the wider southern coast add a more traditional layer, with tavernas, olive groves, and local life close by. Mayflower gives those outings a quiet return point, with private parking making it easy to come and go as the day takes you.
