Nestled in seclusion on a 2,000 sqm plot, the villa is surrounded by lush gardens and local flora. A private pool sits at the heart of the outdoor area, inviting refreshing dips under the Cretan sun. The terrace includes its own sitting area for relaxing by the water, while a BBQ corner makes casual meals outside easy to arrange. Sunbeds and umbrellas provide comfortable spots for sunbathing and reading, and the lounge and dining spaces under the open sky create an easy setting for leisurely gatherings.

Indoors

Verdant is designed for a comfortable, relaxed stay across three light-filled levels. The upper floor is home to the master bedroom, which opens to a balcony with wide sea views. The middle level combines convenience and cosiness, bringing together the main living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining space that opens to a terrace. On the lower level, you’ll find direct access to the pool area and a private entrance, adding flexibility for guests who prefer to come and go more independently.
